Training Description :
|
In this highly interactive advanced training, trainees will focus on strategies for avoiding, and/or overcoming problems that frequently derail a mediation, such as the mediator's loss of neutrality, high emotions between the parties, when attorneys present challenges, lack of familiarity with cultural differences, and more. Trainees will participate in role plays to strategize and develop options to address the various obstacles, with the insights of two highly trained and experienced mediators.
